Profile

I’m a mobile application developer at Logispark Technologies in Kathmandu, shipping production Flutter apps for iOS and Android since December 2024.

Most of my work sits where the app meets the network — real-time chat over WebSockets, offline-first storage so people can keep working without a connection, push notifications that open the right screen, and payment flows that have to be correct the first time.

I build the services I integrate against, too. SoundMage's NestJS backend, its MongoDB schema and its Redis caching layer are mine, which tends to make API conversations with backend engineers a good deal shorter.

Having inherited enough legacy Flutter, I care about the things that decide whether a codebase survives its second year: clean architecture, boundaries between modules, and state you can predict.

Logispark Resource Management — an employee app that puts workforce operations, tasks and internal communication in one place.

  • Real-time chat over WebSockets, with Firebase Cloud Messaging carrying messages, notices and task updates when the app is closed.
  • Offline functionality built on Isar, so people can reach and manage their work with no connection.
  • A Kanban board for moving tasks between statuses, and notification routing that opens the exact screen a push refers to.
  • Provider-based state management holding core features predictable as the surface area grew.

SoundMage

Streaming, end to endSelf-directed — app and backend

A music streaming platform, plus the service that feeds it: discovery, artist and track metadata, and playback that keeps going in the background.

  • Android client in Flutter, structured with MVVM to keep playback and discovery logic out of the UI layer.
  • A NestJS backend with MongoDB for persistence and Redis caching to make repeat lookups cheap.
  • Discogs API for music and artist metadata; Backblaze B2 for audio storage and streaming.
  • Background audio playback, so listening continues once the app leaves the foreground.

Building and maintaining the company's Flutter apps — new product features on one side, inherited codebases on the other.

  • Ship production features for iOS and Android from a single Flutter codebase, built on scalable architecture and reusable components.
  • Connect apps to the network: REST APIs, WebSockets for real-time behaviour, Firebase Cloud Messaging for push, and payment SDKs for secure checkout.
